Why do some homes take longer to sell? What is it that makes a home feel like a home? Sometimes, The art of staging is not a cookie cutter formula applied to all. Staging with "soul” involves tuning into the exact “character” of a home, adding only a few carefully chosen furnishings that will bring out the best of what's already there. I begin a story that sparks the buyer’s imagination. Or, if the home is already furnished, I make room for the buyer's imagination to fill it.

A commercial space is not just a place of business, it is a home for your business. When a customer enters your business, they should feel like a welcomed guest. Some businesses just don't succeed. Sometimes it's not only because of the service or product, it’s the environment where the business lives. Don’t lose a customer before they even enter. Clearing Spaces
Whether they be homes, buildings or land - all places are containers for energy. What happens in a place can linger energetically for many years. For example, a home may look beautiful, but for some reason, people don’t want to be there, or even enter. There could be many reasons why that aren't obvious: a bitter divorce, a death, geopathic stress, fault lines, aquifers, EMF, toxic materials, even a nearby burial. Most often it's simply just stagnant energy that need to be cleared. I have many methods to shift the energy in a space. It's easy and fun!
